Upper American River Project
The El Dorado Water & Power Authority (”EDWPA”) has reached an agreement
with the Sacramento Municipal Utilities District  (”SMUD”) on water storage in
SMUD’s Upper American River Project.  Now EDWPA is seeking water rights by
filing an application with the State Water Resources Control Board.
