Marriage License Issuance

Public and Confidential Marriage licenses and certificates are available at the Recorder-Clerk's office.

Public Marriage Licenses are issued between the hours of 8AM and 12 Noon and again between 3PM and 4:30 PM. Both parties must be present to receive a license. The following links will give you more information on Marriage Licenses: Fee Schedule and FAQ on Marriage License Issuance.

Note: Please notice that Marriage Licenses and Ceremonies are done by appointment.  If you do not have an appointment, you may wait for an opening; however, it could be up to two hours if appointments are ahead of you so please inquire at the counter or call us:
