    The California Automated Support Enforcement System allows you to use the Internet to answer your child support questions. You can use the website to answer common questions and get information about your case such as payment history, case balances, case status, and enforcement actions. This powerful new tool requires you to have your social security number and participant ID (also known as PAR ID).

    For your convenience appointments are available during normal business hours, 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Please contact the El Dorado County Department of Child Support Services office nearest you to make an appointment. If you would like to open a new case or re-open one that has been closed, you may download the forms you need and bring the completed forms with you. Appointments are not required, so if you would prefer to just walk in we will be happy to help you on a first come, first served basis
