
Four Arrested in Pollock Pines Residential Burglary

January 8, 2012, El Dorado County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a residential burglary on the 6100 block of Pine St. in Pollock Pines. During the investigation, it was determined the suspect(s) entered the residence and an outbuilding. The suspect(s) stole several items such as old coins, musical instruments, historical family photographs, silverware and other items.
Sheriff’s detectives followed up on the case and located some of the stolen property at a local pawn shop. Based on the information obtained, detectives identified several subjects who possibly were tied to the burglary.
With this information, detectives and Special Enforcement Detail deputies conducted probation searches at two residences and located additional stolen property. Detectives identified four individuals who they believed were responsible for the burglary and arrested them. All four subjects were booked into county jail for burglary and possession of stolen property.
The recovered stolen property was returned to its rightful owner.
