Marshall Medical Center is our designated paramedic base hospital located in Placerville. Marshall is a fully-accredited, acute care facility with 103 beds and a dedicated team of 860 employees.

Barton Memorial Hospital is our designated paramedic base hospital located in South Lake Tahoe. Barton provides 24-hour emergency care, child birth, ambulatory surgery, physical therapy, and rehabilitation services.
